The Waikoloa Resort Beach Golf Course was designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr. and was the site of the 2002 LPGA Takefuji Classic. This par-70 course features sand bunkers, water, features and oceanfront par-five on the 502-yard, 12th hole. The Waikoloa Resort King's Course is a 7,064-yard, 18-hole course with a Scottish links-style layout. Designed by former British Open champion, Tom Weiskopf and Jay Morrish, this par-72 course was rated on the of the top two resort courses.
